View booking conversions

Compare clinic booking submissions with Google-attributed booking credits without mixing them together.

For: Owners and administrators

Open your clinic report

  1. Select Reports, then Booking conversions.
  2. Choose the last 7, 30 or 90 complete days. Today is excluded.
  3. Review combined online submissions, staff-entered bookings, and Google-attributed booking credits separately. Existing online records share a source label, so website widgets and direct booking links cannot be reliably split.
  4. Use the status table to see the current state of original bookings submitted in the period. Confirmed does not mean attended or paid.
Good to know: The report follows your signed-in clinic. It does not show patient names or match individual patients to adverts. Staff-entered records appear separately; temporary holds, recognised historic imports and rescheduling replacements are excluded.

Understand the Google figure

Your DiaryCare administrator must link the clinic's own Google Ads account and booking action. A missing connection or a failed refresh shows Unavailable, not zero. The connection panel identifies the account, action, timezone and retrieval time when a read succeeds.

Only the linked booking action is included. Calls, directions and page visits are not booking conversions. Secondary booking credits are included in the all-booking total; primary credits are shown separately. Primary action status alone does not mean a campaign uses that goal for bidding.

Google reports by conversion date in its account timezone. Attribution can be fractional and can arrive late. Consent, ad blockers, counting rules and different date boundaries mean Google credits will not equal all clinic bookings. Direct DiaryCare booking links are not covered by website-widget measurement.

An action being configured does not prove the website tag is installed, the browser delivered an event, or Google attributed it. Do not submit fake appointments to test this report.
