View and export appointment reports

Compare appointment totals by provider for a week, month, or year.

For: Owners and administrators

Run a report

Select Reports in the dashboard.
Choose This week, This month, or This year.
Review the total appointments and busiest provider.
Use the table to compare confirmed, pending, completed, cancelled, and no-show appointments.
Select Download CSV to use the data in a spreadsheet.

Good to know: The report and CSV use Osteopath, Physiotherapist, Barber, or Stylist according to the business category. Temporary pending holds are not included. Archived providers remain visible when they have report activity.
